Contaminated Diving Services

As a full service diving contractor, Dive-Tech International, Inc. has the capabilities to perform diving services in any condition the project requires. Such services have included potable water, contaminated water, and nuclear contaminated water.

When diving in potable water, the diver and the equipment are the contamination. By thoroughly cleansing and sanitizing all equipment prior to entry, and by use of lay down areas, contamination is negligible. After performing diving operations in contaminated water, the same procedures are used, but the equipment and diver are decontaminated at the end of the dive.

A DIVER EXITS A POTABLE WATER TANK AFTER PERFORMING A COATINGS INSPECTION.

DTI STAFF WORK TO DECONTAMINATE AND SANITIZE THE DIVING UMBILICALS AND HELMETS PRIOR TO ENTRY INTO POTABLE WATER.

DTI is one of only a handful of companies in the world capable of supporting Nuclear Diving Operations.

DTI has worked on projects involving repairs and modifications to Fuel Handling Systems, Up Enders, Spent Fuel Pool Liners, and Fuel Handling Cranes.

With proper precautionary measures and experienced personnel, DTI can safely conduct diving operations in any water condition, working with our clients to meet any specific job requirement.
